Hot Chocolate raw cake (serves 12+)

Gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free, palm oil free, suitable for vegans

HTK luxury hot chocolate makes the perfect accompaniment to raw cake. Add to that whipped coconut cream, handmade vegan marshmallows and a sprinkling of cacao powder and you’ve got the most delectably dreamy cake.

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, coconut milk, organic dates, gluten free oats, desiccated coconut, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic cacao butter, organic cacao powder, organic coconut sugar, organic dark chocolate (organic cacao solids 67%, organic coconut sugar), water, aquafaba (chickpea water), organic unrefined cane sugar, cornflour, cream of tartar, agar agar, lemon, vanilla, salt.

May contain fruit stones

Style

Sliced: Sliced into 12 generous portions, with chic and simple decoration.

Crowning glory: Decorated with beautiful simplicity using a selection of HTK signature toppings around the rim of top of the cake.

Fully loaded: Overflowing with an abundance of HTK signature toppings for a truly fully loaded show stopper.

All cakes will last for 1 week in the fridge and at least 3 months in the freezer.
