DELIVERY UPDATE NOVEMBER 2022
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing Royal Mail group strikes we will be using alternative courier services (DPD) throughout November and through to the end of the year depending on the strikes progress. Our priority is to ensure your orders arrive quickly and safely in mint condition.
NATIONWIDE ORDERS WILL ONLY BE DISPATCHED ON MONDAY - THURSDAY.
HTK’s temperature controlled packaging is designed to keep your goods chilled for up to 3 days. Pop them straight into the fridge or freezer on arrival to help them to firm back up to the perfect texture.

🎄Christmas 2022 Delivery information🎄
CHRISTMAS ORDERS ARE NOW CLOSED
All UK nationwide orders will be shipped via DPD. You can pre-order NOW for Christmas delivery. Leave your desired delivery date at checkout and your order will be with you on your chosen date or as close to it as possible. Christmas is our busiest time of year so please place your Christmas orders by the 17th December.
Last Dispatch Dates
UK Nationwide orders: MONDAY 19th December.
Local Orders (Cheshire only): Final Christmas Deliveries will be made on Friday 23rd December. You will be contacted in advance to arrange a time that is convenient for you.
As an additional solution to current delivery delays we will extend the range of our ‘local’ deliveries beyond Cheshire to include the significantly delayed areas of Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. These orders will be delivered directly by HTK on the 21st and 22nd December.

Holly Tree Kitchen currently offers a small range of delivery options for you to choose from depending on your order/needs.
My business is small (me, it’s just me) so please allow at least 3 days from placing your order until it is ready for dispatch or ready to be collected.
You can also order ahead of time by using the “additional information” calendar during checkout to let me know what date you would like your order by.
LOCAL ORDERS
Free collection — if you live locally, you are more than welcome to come and collect your order from my kitchen in Davenham, Cheshire. Use code FREECOLLECTION at checkout.
£5 Local delivery (CHESHIRE ONLY) — if you’re based in Cheshire, we can deliver directly to your door at a time that’s convenient for you. USE CODE CHESHIRE at checkout.

ENERGY BALL MIXES & HOT CHOCOLATE
DPD FLAT RATE (nationwide UK) — if your order ONLY contains Energy ball mixes and/or Hot Chocolate mixes, brownies and Millionaires squares. Order as many as you like and the delivery cost stays the same.
Royal Mail WEIGHT DEPENDANT (nationwide UK) - perfect for smaller orders that ONLY contain Energy ball mixes and/or Hot Chocolate mixes.
CHILLED PRODUCTS
If your order contains any cakes, slices, or ready made energy balls they need to be shipped in temperature controlled packing via a courier service. Simply select ‘chilled cake’ option at checkout depending on your location.
£10 Nationwide delivery FLAT RATE (MAINLAND U.K ONLY) – Your order will be delivered in rigorously tested temperature-controlled packaging and every possible effort has been made to ensure no damage is caused during transit.
Note: Our courier boxes can fit two raw cakes alone. Or one raw cake along with up to four energy ball boxes, or 2 sliced boxes per order. Additional items will require an additional box and therefore will incur a separate delivery charge. Please email me in advance to discuss delivery options for larger orders.
If you’re not going to be home, please provide details to “leave in a safe place” at checkout.
£15.99 Delivery to Scottish highlands/Islands and £19.99 Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, – Parcelforce24 delivery is available to these locations, however they do incur an additional charge from our courier service. I will try my best to get that price reduced if at all possible over time.
