Welcome to Holly Tree Kitchen. I'm a home cook, freelance food writer, blogger and recipe creator based in Cheshire, England, with a huge passion for creating plant based recipes that are kind to your body and fuel for your soul. My aim is to develop and share an abundance of delicious, healthy and nutrient packed recipes that are as inclusive as possible. I live with a number of chronic health conditions, so I wholeheartedly understand how tricky it can be to navigate life when your symptoms are helped or hindered by what you eat. Subsequently, I mindfully develop my recipes for those with food allergies and intolerance's, and I hope I can help to reduced some of the hassle and to bring a whole lot of fun back in to home cooking and baking. Therefore, you'll find that most of my recipes are suitable for people with gluten free, vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements unless otherwise stated - as well as lots of Low fodmap, nut free and refined sugar free/ low sugar options.
There is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to food, so please feel free to use my recipes as a guide, tweak them to suit your own dietary needs and add your own touch with whatever ingredients you and your loved ones enjoy eating.
