Swirls of peppermint and the nostalgic taste of candy floss, this is a delightfully festive addition to our raw cake range. Sweet, but not sickly, and beautifully minty this cake is a real Christmas treat.

Ingredients: Cashew nuts, coconut milk, gluten free oats, organic dates, organic desiccated coconut, organic extra virgin coconut oil, organic cacao butter, organic coconut sugar, organic golden cane sugar, organic peppermint oil (peppermint sunflower oil), spirulina natural candy floss flavour, .

Style

Sliced: Sliced into 12 generous portions, with chic and simple decoration.

Crowning glory: Decorated with beautiful simplicity using a selection of HTK signature toppings around the rim of top of the cake.

Fully loaded: Overflowing with an abundance of HTK signature toppings for a truly fully loaded show stopper.

All cakes will last for 1 week in the fridge and at least 3 months in the freezer.
