An Update from HTK.

A quick update from Holly at HTK

To my wonderful customers, thank you so much for your continued loyalty and patience.

Due to some serious chronic health complications, I had to make the difficult decision to take — what I had hoped would be — a short break from Holly Tree Kitchen earlier this year. I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to get my health back on track and to be able to get back into HTK as soon as is humanly possible. Unfortunately, this has taken far longer than I would have hoped; but such is the nature of living and trying to work with multiple chronic illnesses. As I run the business singlehandedly, that has also meant that HTK has had to remain closed.

Despite my absolute best efforts, I am saddened to say I won’t be able to reopen in time for Christmas. I know that for so many of you, my products have become part of your Christmas traditions, and I’m deeply sorry to not able to fulfil that this year.

I wholeheartedly hope to reopen in 2024 and until then, if you’re still in need of an HTK fix, you can find a whole host of recipes here as well as everything you could possibly need for a ‘free from’ festive feast of dreams here.
