This is my favourite green smoothie recipe. It’s fresh, fruity and beautifully creamy whilst being cooling and gentle on your stomach. If you typically find that fruit juices or smoothies cause you some irritation, this one should be kind on your system.
1 cup plant based milk
1 cup pineapple
1 large handful baby spinach
3 ice cube sized serving of my banana free smoothie base or 1/2 frozen banana
2cm chunk of fresh ginger
A few sprigs of fresh mint
Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and mix until beautifully smooth. Add a touch more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency. Enjoy
