Ginger and cinnamon overnight oats (with an extra dash of get up and go)

Now that the mornings are becoming extra chilly, a fuss free breakfast to set you up for the day is always a winner. Enjoy these quick and simple, autumnal spiced overnight oats with an extra dash of fabulous fuel thanks to Real Handful’s ‘Espress So & So’ mix. 

GINGER AND CINNAMON OVERNIGHT OATS (WITH AN EXTRA DASH OF GET UP AND GO) SERVES 1

Ingredients


1/2 cup of Rude health ’no flamin' raisins' muesli 

1 cup Innocent almond milk 

1 teaspoon ginger powder 

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract


Toppings

Real Handful ‘Espress so & so' mix 

1 heaped teaspoon of hazelnut butter 

A small handful of blueberries 

Optional: a little drizzle of your favourite natural syrup e.g maple syrup, agave, coconut nectar.


Method

Mix the muesli, almond milk, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla together until combined and pop into an airtight container and leave in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, give it a good stir and serve topped with a sprinkling of Real Handful ‘espress so & so’ mix, nut butter and fruit. Finish off with a drizzle of syrup and tuck in.
